New Ageless Grace Class for the City of Brookhaven Parks and Recreation (with Lori Trachtenberg). Location is Briarwood Rec Center (off N. Druid Hills Rd.), EVERY WEDNESDAY, 10:30 to 11:30am. FREE to SilverSneakers members!
WorlDanz! - NEW DAY/TIME: Thursdays at 1:30pm (except the last Thursday of each month) This class is FREE to all. WorlDanz! - Cardio dance to improve mobility, flexibility, co-ordination, and heart health. Class ends with relaxing stretch cool-down. Think FUN--Latin, Bollywood, Jazz, Swing, bellydance--Anything Goes!

Wednesdays at 12:00-Ageless Grace. FREE class for all. Seated exercise for all fitness levels. Ageless Grace® is 'The science of Brain Plasticity, Movement, Mindfulness & Music'. It's not like any other 'seated exercise'-these exercises keep your brain and body active and youthful.
Parking is in lot behind the library.

Seated exercises designed for individuals in all stages of Parkinson's disease who wish to work on cardiovascular fitness, balance, strength and flexibility. Movements can be done in a chair as well as standing and at an intensity that is self-directed. Non-Parkinson's members are also welcome to attend. This class is an excellent option for anyone who would benefit from chair exercise.
