Cost: $25--Special for NORC Members!. If you are not a member of NORC the class fee is $45 for four classes or you can "drop-in" any session for $12 per class.
Anti-aging exercises to improve joint mobility, spinal flexibility, coordination, balance, confidence and playfulness. The easy-to-learn exercises promote the "three Rs" of lifelong comfort and ease—not reading, ´riting and ´arithmetic—but the ability to respond, react and recover efficiently and safely. Exercises are done seated or standing, and are especially suited to those with joint and balance issues.
